A weekly meditation, seas swim and a bunch of good humans at Papamoa Beach. Joy expands when it's shared, and everyone is welcome.
Wild Waters is a weekly gathering at the beach to swim, breathe, pay attention and spend time with good people.
We meet early.
We sit together.
We meditate.
We get in the ocean.
The sea doesn't care who you think you should be.
It just gives you the moment you're in.
We meet connect, swim and remind ourselves we can do brave things!
That's Wild Waters.
Not better swimmers.
Braver lives.
EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
Everyone with a pulse and a willingness to get wet!

Meet + chat
Come down, say hello, meet some peeps.
Meditate
A short guided meditation with Jacinda to land in the morning.
Get wet
Into the ocean. Three dunks counts as a swim. Nobody’s checking.
Carry on with your day
Hopefully a little more awake, connected and alive.

Each session runs for around 50 minutes. Some like to linger and grab coffee afterwards. Whatever suits you is perfect.

Warmth is key, even in the summer months!
• Togs + towel
• Something warm to wrap up in for the meditation
• A hottie for the winter months (highly encouraged)
That’s it everything else is taken care of. Just bring yourself.

We’re going to get wet anyway!
We roll in all weather, it’s part of the practice and a beautiful way to build resilience.
On wet days, we simply gather under the eaves of the surf club for meditation and connection, then carry on as feels right.

Absolutely!
Wild Waters is all about shared joy, so bring anyone who could use a reset, a splash of presence, or just wants to feel lighter.
The more, the merrier, joy grows when it’s shared

I’m all the things — speaker, facilitator, coach, creative, mum, daily sea swimmer and enthusiastic white-water ‘surfer’.
I create experiences that get people thinking, feeling, connecting and doing things differently.
Wild Waters is one of them.
Come swim with me.
